All Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir to reopen

Although the institutions were already open for examination & administrative related works, the colleges will open for the first time for normal classes after almost a year.
The J&K government has ordered for reopening of schools in J&K in a phased manner.
All the educational institutions as well as schools, colleges & universities in J&K were closed in March last year in wake of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Jammu & Kashmir has apparently witnessed a substantial drop in its average daily number of Covid-19 cases reported in recent months. From the peak of over 1600 positive cases per day in September, the number has come down to below 100 odd cases in the past days…
