ABRARA MATTOO SRINAGAR, JUN 12: Since the time when aspirants were applying for Class IV posts advertised by J&K Service Selection Board (SSB) the 4G internet services were yet to be restored in Kashmir and the on Internet Cafe centers aspirants relied heavily on JKSSB and Khidmat Centres to fill up their forms.
These Internet Cafe’s and Khidmat Centers owners, who had no knowledge of the new guidelines, left an important clause unfulfilled where the aspirants were required to specify whether they had a governmente employee in their family or not? Pertinently, having no family member in government service carried a weightage of five points.
Ironically, according to a tentative survey carried by the aspirants, nearly 30,000 youth (In counting) have left the clause empty where they were supposed to specify on this subject while filling the form for Class IV
